Sometimes you have to go back to go forward.
I headed back to Alice to get the cassette remover tool so I could fix any future broken spoke.
Bob Gosford who picked me up on the way back to Alice said out here everyone hates the Federal government Intervention. Welfare payments can only be spent in the new government store in Yuendumu rather than being given in cash, and the non-profit community store has lost a lot of business.
Talk about going backwards.
