Day 26 | Chester Pass Road: not quite to Stirling Range National Park

Up, up and away rather late in the morning.
Up, up and up for much of the rest of the day.
Down at sea level to start, time to say goodbye to the Southern Ocean, gee, next time I see that will be Wilsons Prom and by then the voyage will be nearly terminal, then there was the Porongurup Hills to get over, some downhill to the Kalgan River at which time I was able to start all over and head up towards the Stirling Range.
The name of the road I’m taking is what? Chester Pass Road.
I’m joking a bit, having almost 4 weeks riding experience riding up hills on this tour of the SW corner of the continent, oh, and having completed a couple of lazy rest days, but of course anywhere else, another continent that is, these would hardly qualify as hills. Bumps maybe.
